Recent defense verdicts include a successful recovery of only $10,000 on a request to the jury of $1.3 million. Plaintiffs, working with the Thomas J. Henry Law Firm, sued a Brooks County-based trucking company after a rear-end accident that occurred on Interstate 10 in San Antonio, Texas. In a Travis County case, Plaintiff demanded $5.9 million after a rear-end accident. The Defense successfully exposed the unjustified nature of the Plaintiffs claims, leading to a verdict of only $100,000, directly in line with what the defense requested.
