As a Law Clerk at The Fuentes Firm, you’ll:
Collaborate directly with attorneys and partners on active cases, gaining invaluable insight into the inner workings of litigation.
Work with cutting-edge legal technology, enhancing your skills with the tools shaping the future of law.
Develop your legal expertise by drafting key documents, assisting with case preparation, and attending depositions, mediations, hearings, and more.
Experience complex litigation firsthand, including cases involving insurance policies over $1 million and high-stakes medical billing disputes.
Qualifications:
Current law school student with a strong passion for litigation and advocacy.
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Excellent listening, verbal, and written communication skills.

Compensation & Schedule:
Compensation: Competitive pay based on experience.
Schedule: Flexible, with the opportunity to work full-time during the summer or part-time during the semester, depending on your availability.
Location: Work remotely, or if preferred, take advantage of office spaces in Houston, Dallas, Austin, and San Antonio.
