Therese Eamiguel
Law Clerk
Ms. Eamiguel earned her Juris Doctor from the University of Houston Law Center in May 2026 and is awaiting her Texas Bar Examination results. A Dean’s List Scholar, she was a member of the National Mock Trial Team and earned recognition as an outstanding advocate in trial competitions. Her experience in those competitions sharpened her courtroom presence and persuasive skills. She also served on the Journal of Consumer and Commercial Law.
Before joining the firm, Ms. Eamiguel built a well-rounded foundation in litigation through clerkships and internships across Houston. She researched insurance coverage and liability issues, supported attorneys in personal injury and commercial vehicle litigation, and drafted pleadings, discovery responses, and motions, including responses to no-evidence motions for summary judgment. She has also reviewed medical records, police reports, and insurance files to evaluate liability. Her courtroom experience began early: as an intern with the Harris County District Attorney’s Office, she appeared under a temporary bar card and presented probable cause findings before the court.
Ms. Eamiguel earned her Bachelor of Science in Public Relations with High Honors from The University of Texas at Austin, where she was a Dean’s List Scholar every semester. Her background in public relations and client account management gives her strong communication skills and an eye for detail that clients appreciate. She is also fluent in Filipino.
Her trial advocacy skills, practical litigation experience, and clear, client-focused communication make her a valued member of our team.
