Nicholas Van Cleve


Nicholas Van Cleve is a litigation attorney who defends the firm’s clients against personal injury, property damage, and wrongful death claims.

Mr. Van Cleve began interning with The Fuentes Firm while studying at the University of Houston Law Center. In law school, he served as a senior articles editor on the Houston Law Review and competed on the moot court team. Prior to joining The Fuentes Firm, Mr. Van Cleve interned with Justice Harvey Brown at the First Court of Appeals in Houston, Texas, and with Judge Gray Miller at the United States District Court for the Southern District of Texas.

Mr. Van Cleve attended Houston Baptist University for his undergraduate degree. He double-majored in Biblical Languages and Philosophy, graduated summa cum laude, and received the Robert and Sue Sloan Award for Outstanding Honors College Graduate of 2015.

Mr. Van Cleve resides in Spring with his wife and two children.
