Katie Ramirez

Mrs. Katie Ramirez is a law clerk in our Dallas Personal Injury Defense Department. She has a diverse background and extensive experience in insurance claims handling, managing high-exposure claims, complex liability investigations, and commercial auto litigation.

Katie is currently pursuing her Juris Doctor at UNT Dallas College of Law where she continues to build on her impressive career. Before attending law school, she spent nearly 20 years as an insurance adjuster with a focus on commercial auto, product liability and general liability claims. She has valuable experience handling high-stakes negotiations, analyzing coverage issues, and working with legal teams to achieve favorable outcomes in multi-line claims. Her professional journey highlights her ability to navigate complex challenges and deliver exceptional results.

Katie’s deep understanding of the claims process is now a key asset in her legal studies and practice, allowing her to approach cases with a unique and practical perspective. She is a valuable addition to our team, and following bar admissions, she will transition to an attorney role.
