Practicing in Houston, TX

Kathryne Bailey

Law Clerk

Ms. Kathryne Bailey is a law clerk in our Houston Personal Injury Defense department.

Ms. Bailey earned her Juris Doctor from South Texas College of Law Houston, where she ranked in the top 30% of her class, and she is awaiting her Texas Bar Examination results. A skilled advocate in the courtroom, she earned awards in mock trial competitions for her oral advocacy, cross-examinations, and closing arguments. Those strengths translate directly to the trial-focused defense work our clients rely on.

Before joining the firm, Ms. Bailey gained hands-on litigation experience through clerkships where she supported trial preparation, drafted motions and exhibits, and participated in hearings and jury trials. That early exposure to the courtroom gives her a practical understanding of what it takes to prepare a case for trial and see it through.

Ms. Bailey earned her Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy, magna cum laude, from Texas A&M University, and she also studied Political Science abroad in London. Her analytical training, advocacy skills, and trial experience make her a valuable member of our team. We look forward to all she will accomplish with us.
