Erik Veliz

Mr. Erik Veliz is part of our Personal Injury Department in San Antonio. His practice is dedicated to representing transportation and trucking companies in the South Texas region.

Mr. Veliz earned his Juris Doctorate and Master of Public Administration with a concentration in Science, Engineering, Technology, and Law from Texas Tech School of Law. He also holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Northern Iowa.

Mr. Veliz has a diverse legal background, with expertise in insurance defense, and commercial litigation. His professional experience includes managing a dynamic docket of cases in insurance defense, specializing in third-party defense, UM/UIM claims, mediation, and friendly suits. Erik’s proficiency extends to the courtroom, where his trial experience encompasses an array of legal matters. He has conducted numerous depositions and has been involved in various trials, demonstrating his skill and effectiveness in advocacy.
