Emma Purcell is an attorney in our Dallas Personal Injury Defense Department. Her practice is dedicated to representing transportation and trucking companies in the North Texas regions.
Before joining the firm, Emma supported defense teams handling high-exposure transportation and commercial liability matters across Texas. Her experience includes preparing witnesses for deposition, drafting motions and legal memoranda, and assisting with strategy development in cases involving personal injury, premises liability, and deceptive trade practices. She is known for her clear legal writing, precise research, and ability to manage large volumes of information efficiently.
Emma earned her Juris Doctor from Mitchell Hamline School of Law in St. Paul, Minnesota, and her Bachelor of Arts in History from Mississippi State University. She is fluent in Russian and conversational in Spanish and French.
