Emily Trevino

Ms. Emily Trevino is a dedicated law clerk who has quickly become an integral part of our team.

Ms. Trevino is currently working toward her Juris Doctor at St. Mary’s University School of Law, where she serves as President of the Immigration Law Association and Logistics and Speakers Chair for the LAWtina Network Summit. Her leadership and involvement with organizations like the Hispanic Law Association, SM1LE Mentorship Program, and Juvenile Jurisprudence Association demonstrate her passion for advocacy and her commitment to making a difference in the legal community.

While in law school, Ms. Trevino has gained invaluable experience in immigration law, representing clients in Immigration Court, preparing USCIS applications, and managing client communications and casework. She has also developed strong skills in trial preparation, legal research, and advocacy, making her an asset to our clients and our team.

Ms. Trevino earned her Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice, graduating summa cum laude from St. Mary’s University. Her academic success, combined with her practical experience and dedication, makes her a promising future attorney.
