Brianna Tovar

Ms. Brianna Tovar is an attorney in our San Antonio Personal Injury Defense department.

Ms. Tovar earned her Juris Doctor from St. Mary’s University School of Law in San Antonio, where she was recognized on the Dean’s List and received the Dean’s Scholarship. During law school, she built a strong foundation in courtroom advocacy and dispute resolution as a member of the Alternative Dispute Resolution Team and through the Criminal Justice Clinic, where she represented clients in live hearings and oral arguments as a Student Attorney.

Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Tovar gained extensive litigation experience across multiple legal settings, developing strong skills in drafting motions, briefs, and court filings, conducting legal research, and managing client communications. Her experience includes working on high-profile appellate matters and complex writs at a criminal defense firm, as well as time with the Travis County Attorney’s Office, where she assisted in discovery and represented the State at docket. This diverse litigation background gives her a well-rounded perspective that she brings to every client matter.

Ms. Tovar is proficient in Spanish, allowing her to effectively serve a broad range of clients across Texas. She earned her Bachelor of Arts in Sociology with a Certificate in Business Spanish from the University of Texas at Austin. Her courtroom experience, sharp litigation instincts, and dedication to her clients make her a valued member of our team.
