Andres Castillo

Mr. Andres Castillo is an attorney in our McAllen Personal Injury Defense department.

Mr. Castillo earned his Juris Doctor from The University of Texas School of Law in Austin. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Castillo gained broad litigation experience representing a range of clients in both administrative and civil proceedings across Texas, developing strong skills in drafting dispositive motions, pleadings, and discovery.

Mr. Castillo has hands-on experience defending hospitals, physicians, nurses, and insurance carriers in medical malpractice, personal injury, and motor vehicle accident litigation. His background on the defense side of these cases gives him a thorough understanding of the strategies and challenges facing clients in high-stakes personal injury matters.

A native of South Texas, Mr. Castillo has deep roots in the Rio Grande Valley and is familiar with the local courts and legal landscape. He also gained federal court exposure through a judicial internship with the Honorable Fernando Rodriguez of the United States District Court for the Southern District of Texas in Brownsville, where he worked on federal criminal and civil motions.

Mr. Castillo earned his Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance, graduating summa cum laude from The University of Texas at San Antonio, where he was awarded a full-ride merit scholarship as a Top Scholar. His strong academic background, practical litigation experience, and dedication to his clients make him a valued member of our team.
