Carlos Bolivar oversees The Fuentes Firm’s financial and business operations, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and strategic growth. With over 17 years of experience as controller, he is highly skilled in accounting functions such as invoicing, accounts payable and receivable, account management, and revenue forecasting. Additionally, he has extensive expertise in human resources, including employee relations, performance management, conflict resolution, compliance with labor laws, and strategic workforce planning.

As a seasoned professional, Mr. Bolivar brings strong leadership in vendor relations, risk management, and financial strategy, helping optimize business operations. His background as a billing auditor has sharpened his analytical skills, ensuring accuracy and transparency in financial reporting.

Prior to joining The Fuentes Firm, Mr. Bolivar spent over 15 years managing the purchasing department of a large textile company in New York, where he developed strong negotiation and strategic sourcing abilities.

Mr. Bolivar earned his degree in Business and Operations Management from the City University of New York.
