Sadi Antonmattei

Mr. Antonmattei is an experienced Commercial Litigation Attorney, with more than 16 years’ experience. His extensive trial experience, a strong work ethic, engaging personality, and confidence make him a quality trial attorney.

Mr. Antonimattei first came to Houston from Puerto Rico as a Major League Baseball Players’ Association Certified Player Agent representing Houston Astros phenom Carlos Correa. Mr. Antonmattei’s years as an attorney and business owner provide a strong background for handling the firm’s trucking and transportation clients in commercial and business litigation disputes. In addition to his experience as an attorney and work as an agent, Mr. Antonmattei was the President of the Puerto Rico Professional Baseball League, a Member of the Board of the Caribbean Professional Baseball Confederation, a professional baseball franchise Owner, and a Major League Baseball Players’ Association Certified Player Agent.

The son of an attorney, Mr. Antonmattei was born in Columbus, Ohio, and later joined his parents in their return to Puerto Rico, where he grew up. He earned a Bachelor’s of Science in Economics from Boston College in 1999 and then graduated with honors from the Inter-American University School of Law in 2004.

Cristina Belaval

Ms. Cristina Belaval is an Associate Attorney with The Fuentes Firm, P.C.

Ms. Belaval has over 15 years’ experience specializing in commercial litigation, civil appeals, commercial international arbitration proceedings, lender’s liability, construction disputes, insurance subrogation claims, and other consumer protection laws and regulations.

Prior to joining The Fuentes Firm, Ms. Belaval worked as a sole practitioner who specialized in lender liability litigation. In addition, Ms. Belaval worked as a Junior Partner at Martinez Odell & Calabria in San Juan, Puerto Rico.

Ms. Belaval graduated from the University of Houston Law Center in May 2017 with an LL.M. in Energy, Environmental, and Natural Resources. She is also a graduate of the Interamerican University of Puerto Rico School of Law.

Ms. Belaval received a  Bachelor of Arts degree in Finance and Marketing from Boston College Carroll School of Managment and is a graduate of the International Studies Program at Monash University and the Italian Studies Program at Drake University.
