Mr. Dennis Moore is a litigation attorney providing services to the firm’s clients in defending personal injury, property damage, and wrongful death claims.
Mr. Dennis Moore served six years in the United States Air Force before being honorably discharged. While on active duty, he earned a Bachelor’s degree with honors from Faulkner University and was looking for a new challenge upon discharge from the service. Mr. Moore decided to go to law school with a goal of furthering his commitment to serving others.
After graduating from Texas Tech University School of Law in 2004, Mr. Moore clerked for the Thirteenth Court of Appeals. Building on that experience, Mr. Moore transitioned to private practice and maintained an active trial docket defending businesses and individuals in State and Federal Court litigation. Wanting to gain a broader perspective of the practice of law, he spent several years with a plaintiff’s personal injury firm. Having practiced as both a plaintiff’s and defendant’s attorney, Dennis has a unique perspective in defending his clients. As he fully understands the plaintiff’s practice, he is able to forecast how a plaintiff will prosecute a suit and take active and aggressive measures to negate attempts to gain an advantage.
Mr. Moore is active in his community and serves as a board member of the Alamo City Lions (a non-profit youth organization focused on the physical, mental and spiritual development of youth). He also holds the office of Counselor for the Psi Alpha Chapter of the Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, Inc. In his spare time, Mr. Moore enjoys spending time with his family and coaching youth football.
